I received a copy of this book for an honest review as part of this blog tour. 

MY OVERVIEW: Angelic demons, scary demons, and mages all add up to an exciting book. There wasn't much down time in this book. It was go, go, go; right from page one. For most books, this is overwhelming, but the author pulled it off here.

PROS: Oh, Drake. You are such a beautifully written crush. I don't know how anyone can read the book and not like Drake. He almost seems a little too good at points, then he goes and does something crazy and you realize... nope... not perfect, but still great!

CONS: The descriptions of the different demons got confusing at times. I still don't fully grasp who is who and who does what. It also seems like at points certain demons are more rare to find than others, but then all of a sudden they are being talked about like there are a lot of them.

MY FINAL THOUGHTS: I look forward to the next book in the series. I hope it comes out soon!

My Review:

**4.5 Stars**

MY OVERVIEW: Putting a twist on classic tales and stories has become really popular. This book is a truly twisted tale. From Rabid White, to the jabberlock box, and the indestructible Bandersnatch.

PROS: Of course, how could you not like Jeb? He is such a fantastic character and a true friend to Alyssa. I love how the author took Alice in Wonderland and turned it into a true "Faery" Tale.

CONS: One word... Morpheus. Don't hate me for saying this, but I didn't like him. He was a little too creepy at points, then went the complete opposite way at other points. His character just didn't seem as set in stone as everyone else.

MY FINAL THOUGHTS: I thoroughly enjoyed this story and I hope that A.G. Howard keeps writing! I can't wait to read more of her books. I highly recommend this book to fans of twisted tales and fans of Alice in Wonderland.

MY OVERVIEW: Wow. What a rollercoaster of a book. It was a great read and I breezed right through it.

PROS: Llona was written beautifully. Her struggles with who she is seemed so real. I loved seeing how she progressed through the book, and especially once Christian came into the picture. (Another great character!)

CONS: There is a lot that is still confusing. One big question that hasn't gotten answered is what Jake has to do with all this. Does he/did he hold the same position Llona's father did? Also, who the Vyken is, isn't that big of a stretch. Kinda saw it coming.

MY FINAL THOUGHTS: I really look forward to reading the next book in the series. The book left off with a big enough cliff-hanger to where you want to keep going, but at the same time, a small enough one where if you didn't continue, you would be ok.

MY OVERVIEW: Very interesting concept. I liked how the witches and wizards all lived together and not fully integrated into society. I really want to go on a road trip to Oregon now. All the locations were depicted beautifully. I could almost smell the trees and the salty air. And man, did I want a cup of coffee while reading.

PROS: I enjoyed Rose and Aedan's story the best. You could feel all the love they had for each other and for Layla. I liked Quin a lot. I think his character was well written and full of love and concern for Layla and his coven.

CONS: I didn't like how the witches & wizards were pretty much a different species. Their love lives were complicated and just moved really, really fast. I understand the whole bonding thing, but still, even before that... too much... too fast. I also didn't like quite how much power they actually had. It didn't seem like there was a lot they couldn't do. Oh, and Layla. She is supposed to be very beautiful, yet she didn't have guys falling all over her. She was pretty much an outcast and that did not make sense at all.

MY FINAL THOUGHTS: Way to leave us hanging. : ) I look forward to reading the next book. I have an idea in my head as to who "the stranger" is, and I hope I'm wrong.
